Abstract:Complex anal fistula is a debilitating disease treated by various sphincter-preserving procedures to preserve continence. Videoassisted anal fistula treatment (VAAFT) is a minimally invasive technique achieving similar efficacy to the advancement flap and the ligation of the intersphincteric fistula tract (LIFT) procedure [1-3].
