Abstract:Background: Patients with traumatic fractures require traction or internal fixation, which necessitates the use of skilled nurses to satisfy the patient's demands and avoid complications. As a result, orthopaedic nurses play a crucial role in the treatment of patients who require traction or internal fixation. Aim: To evaluate the effect of an educational module on enhancing nurses' practice and attitude for orthopedic patients with traction or internal fixation.
