Implementing Central Composite Design for the Development of Tacrolimus Film for Sublingual Administration

Abstract: Objective: The study aimed to develop fast-dissolving films (FDFs) of the immunosuppressant drug tacrolimus monohydrate for sublingual administration, employing central composite design (CCD), to improve its bioavailability.
