Implications of Postpancreatectomy Hypophosphatemia

Abstract: Background Electrolyte abnormalities are commonly found after major abdominal surgery for malignancy. We hypothesized that the severity of hypophosphatemia developed in pancreatectomy patients would be associated with the incidence of complications postoperatively.
