This study examines leadership in educational institutions from the perspective of the Qur'an. As a guide to the life of Muslims, of course the Qur'an has a broad perspective, not only about worship but also about leadership. This type of research is library research. The approach used is an organizational approach. The theory used is the theory of leadership. The findings in this study are: first, leadership in educational institutions according to the Qur'an is contextual, complex, and flexible, between transactional, transformative, and serving leadership. Such leadership is worth fardhu kifayah in the rule of Islamic law. Second, the framework of leadership and organizational behavior in educational institutions according to the perspective of the Qur’an is more appropriate to be called Neo-Institutionalism. where leadership is influenced by the teachings and values of Islamic beliefs. The practice of leadership in educational institutions is more accurately called the realization of and manifestation of the verses of the Qur’an. While the teachings of the Qur’an, according to the scholars of interpretation, are very professional in assessing the work. The contribution of this research is an offer of discourse in the form of an opinion that the leadership practice shown by Islamic-based organizations is part of the worship of Muslims in carrying out religious teachings.

This research studies the sociological approach through a holistic pattern in solving the problem of homosexuality from the Qur’an perspective. This research is qualitative research that focuses on religious understanding as well as religious research. The conclusion of this research: First, the sociological approach through a holistic pattern in solving the problem of homosexuality from the Qur’an perspective is on attention, focus, objectives, and purposes in placing every individual. Second, according to the Qur’an perspective, the problem of homosexuality is an abomination (fâhisyah) because it deviates from the grand design of the creation of creatures in pairs between one gender and another. Thus, this problem must be handled based on a holistic pattern. Third, there are several factors that cause homosexuality. The experts are also not of the same opinion. Those several factors, among others: are biological, genetic and hormonal, psychodynamic, sociocultural, lack of religious understanding, education, family, and social life. Fourth, homosexuality gives negative impacts on health, education, faith, and social life such as venereal diseases, HIV/AIDS, and drug abuse. Fifth, the sociological approach through the holistic pattern from the Qur’an perspective applied in solving the problem of homosexuality covers the whole system: action, social, cultural, and personality.

Penelitian ini untuk mengkaji dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap dunia pendidikan, termasuk di bidang kehumasan dan pemasaran pendidikan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode kepustakaan. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi. Teori yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah teori public relations (PR) strategi dan pendidikan pemasaran. Temuan penelitian ini: pertama, Public Relations dan Educational Marketing telah melakukan berbagai upaya, antara lain: mempromosikan berbagai keunggulan kelembagaan dan membangun jaringan kerjasama internal-eksternal. Kedua, pada lembaga pendidikan yang telah menyiapkan sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur, dan keuangan, kinerja departemen kehumasan dan pemasaran pendidikan berjalan secara optimal. Berbeda dengan kinerja humas dan pemasaran di lembaga pendidikan yang belum memiliki banyak kesiapan. Temuan penelitian ini berkontribusi pada studi hubungan masyarakat dan manajemen pemasaran pendidikan.
