Abstract:Three-dimensional stacks acquired with confocal or two-photon microscopy are crucial for studying neuroanatomy. However, high-resolution image stacks acquired at multiple depths are time-consuming and susceptible to photobleaching. In vivo microscopy is further prone to motion artifacts.
