Abstract:We treated a female patient known to have a double-chambered right ventricle (DCRV) who presented with symptoms of an acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Emergent coronary artery catheterization revealed acute right coronary artery (RCA) occlusion and proximal left anterior descending (LAD) stenosis.
