Abstract:Self‐assembled monolayers (SAMs) have significantly improved the device performance of inverted perovskite solar cells (PSCs). However, the inadequate chemical bonding affinity between SAMs and the substrate as well as the uneven SAM distribution can lead to the decrease in device performance.
