Improved Mechanical Anchorage of Gamma Nail Lag Screw in Osteoporotic Bone: A Biomechanical Study

Abstract: A number of techniques have been developed to improve the immediate mechanical anchorage of implants for enhancing implant longevity. This issue becomes even more relevant in patients with osteoporosis who have fragile bone.
