Abstract:In this paper, Piezoresistive Pressure Sensor (PPS) with four Polysilicon piezoresistors on Si3N4 diaphragm with improved sensitivity is successfully designed by using MEMS technology. Sensing is accomplished via deposited polysilicon resistors like metal resistors.
