Improvement of Antibacterial Activities of Bacteriocidal Yeasts Using the GPD Promoter

Abstract: We have previously reported recombinant productions of bacteriocins using yeast expression plasmid pAUR123, which contains the alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) promoter, in Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells and their antibacterial activities.
