Improvement of oil field development using enhanced oil recovery methods

Abstract: Purpose. To develop a technology to increase the oil recovery of formations using injection of polymer compositions. Methodology. For this study, practical methods were used such as enhanced oil recovery using stimulating technologies, technology using polymer systems based on a water-soluble polymer acrylamide, and emulsion-polymer technology. To achieve the conformance control, which was a prerequisite for testing, a thorough selection of wells was carried out, as well as an analysis of their hydrodynamic … Show more

“…By utilizing digital mining technology processes, it is possible to create a digital twin of the enterprise. This allows for the integration of various tasks, such as mining design and planning, safety management through equipment dispatching, and personnel movement, all in a single virtual space [24].…”

“…In this area, carbonates of subsalt Palaeozoic were exposed within Yuzhnoe elevations; the results were negative. Nevertheless, the available geological and geophysical data speak for the necessity of the detailed analysis to forecast oiland-gas occurrence potential of subsalt Palaeozoic within the area [18,19].…”
