To generate a critical view aimed at detecting inconveniences, it is important that the PPL start to be put into practice in the first step of AM (Chintada and Umasankar V, 2022;Joochim and Meekaew, 2016) These lessons are classified as follows • Basic knowledge: summary of the necessary skills for the development of TPM and production activities that must be carried out daily • Improvement cases: aims to disseminate horizontally, summarized information about the measures adopted and their respective effects • Problem cases: aims to prevent recidivism, alerting to the main points on which attention should be focused • Others: they are used to present other situations that are considered relevant to the team itself or to other teams To verify the acquired competences, a competence matrix must be created, which indicates the current competence of each of the operators in the different areas, as well as the competence that is desired for them.
