Improving Organizational Health Through Green Companies

Abstract

This article introduces a green company as a theory about an integrated view Contribution/ OriginalityThis study originates a new structure to improve the level of organizational health. In this paper, an integrated framework is introduced, which is called a green company. It is used to increase psychological health, social health and physical health of both individuals and groups to raise the level of general and public health in organizations.
