Introduction. To ensure stable performance of transport and technological machines, constant monitoring of their technical condition is necessary. Timely diagnosis is difficult to carry out when working in remote regions, as well as when transporting goods over long distances due to the lack of closely located maintenance centers.Materials and methods. One of the solutions to the above problem is the use of a diagnostic method based on sound parameters. In particular, this method is applicable to power plants. Its advantage is the ability to quickly assess the condition of the engine mechanisms and systems on site using a portable device (without the use of large-sized and low-mobility equipment) by non-destructive testing. Thus, the research and implementation of the acoustic diagnostic method is promising and in demand today. One of the most important areas for improving power plants today is the automation of control processes for their operation based on the use of electronics and microprocessor systems. With a positive effect on the efficiency of the engine, these complex systems expand the range of its potential malfunctions. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the fundamental possibility of determining and comparing the acoustic parameters of an engine with and without violations of the operating mode in the event of failures in electronic control systems of its operation. As an example, the Ford Focus passenger car was chosen as the object of the study. A malfunction in the electronic ignition module was used as a test fault. The obtained spectral patterns of the sound radiation of the internal combustion engine (with and without violations of the operating mode) enable to determine the nature of the engine malfunction by sound parameters.Results. A frequency range at which it is possible to identify the spectral pattern of an engine with impaired operation and an engine without impaired operation was obtained. This range was 6,000-6,500 Hz, since in this segment the sound level reaches more than 40 dB.Discussions and conclusions. The conducted experiment is the initial stage of a large-scale experimental study, the result of which will serve as a starting point for the introduction of the acoustic method into the process of diagnosing electronic control systems for internal combustion engines.

he article presents the results of a study on the economic justification of the use of technological schemes for the transportation of building materials to the objects under construction in the Republic of Crimea. The volume of construction in 2021 amounted to only 39 buildings, and in 2022 it is planned to hand over more than 60 construction projects and will approach the level of 2018. The paper examines the dynamics and characteristics of the functioning of the construction sector of the peninsula using the methodology of economic comparison, a systematic approach and logistics ABC analysis. The results of the ABC analysis showed that only five major developers are in group “A”, four are in group “B”, the remaining twenty–one are in group “C”. Methods of mathematical statistics were used to determine the regularity of random variables, elements, stages of the transportation process of construction goods. The developed technological projects for the transportation of sand from the Krasnogorsk quarry, crushed stone from the Trudolyubovsky quarry to Simferopol were economically justified. The application of the proposed recommendations made it possible to optimize the operation of the entire rolling stock, increase its productivity. The optimal technological scheme is No. 5 (the minimum total cost of transporting sand for one ride is 2,716 rubles.). The increase in the productivity of dump trucks ensures a reduction in the cost of transportation and a reduction in transport costs in the final cost of residential and non-residential facilities in Crimea. The analysis of the impact of technical and economic indicators on improving the efficiency of the transport process is carried out. The productivity of dump trucks for the transportation of sand and crushed stone can be increased in the range of – 15.0 - 38.5%, due to the application of our recommendations (use rolling stock with a larger load capacity, reduce the duration of the stages: cargo preparation for transportation; loading; transportation; unloading; delivery of rolling stock). The results of the implementation of recommendations to improve the economic efficiency of a motor transport company are presented. The effect for 1 ton of cargo at the maximum load of one excavator was: 23.2 rubles /ton when using MAZ-6501 relative to MAZ-5550; 7.4 rubles/ton relative to KamAZ-65115-50. The effect for 1 ton of cargo with minimal losses was: 23.9 rubles /ton when using MAZ-6501 relative to MAZ-5550; 8.9 rubles/ton relative to KamAZ-65115-50.
The article analyzes the agricultural activity of the agro-industrial complex of the Volgograd region. A study of the value of the yield of winter wheat for a relatively long period from 1930 to 2021 was conducted. The transport component in the technological map of winter wheat cultivation has been determined. It is revealed that when harvesting grain, production transport and logistics systems with mass transportation chains at the micro, meso and macro levels arise. In the agro-industrial complex, it is imperative to work out technological schemes for cultivating agricultural crops and the correct organization of interaction between road transport and combine harvesters as part of harvesting and transport teams, based on modeling methods. The authors proposed to plan transport costs by constructing graphs at the micro–level "Sowing fields – district current", at the meso–level – using the graph "District current – district elevators", at the macro-level - using the graph "District elevators - port elevators". The effectiveness of the proposed measures is evaluated by economic methods. As a result, agricultural enterprises are able to plan their work taking into account new information technologies that ensure higher efficiency of their agricultural activities. The resulting economic effect is only for the individual links selected as an example of each of the levels of a large multimodal logistics system (at the micro level for the link (A_20–B_(1 )) – 61,660 rubles, at the meso level for the link (A_79–B_(33 )) – 625,833.3 rubles, at the macro level for the link (A_33–B_(2 )) – 10,923,680.6 rubles). It will reduce the transport component in the calculation of costs for the cultivation of winter wheat sold inside Russia and for export to Turkey and Iran.
