Abstract: Hepatic artery thrombosis (HAT) is a devastating vascular complication following liver transplantation, requiring prompt diagnosis and rapid revascularization treatment to prevent graft loss. At present, imaging modalities such as ultrasound, computed tomography, and magnetic resonance play crucial roles in diagnosing HAT.
