Recent years have brought significant changes to the educational sector, which are a reaction to rapid changes in the external environment of educational institutions. These changes are associated with the constant active development of technologies and approaches to the system and forms of education. Research in this field contributes to the understanding and development of strategies that help higher education institutions to effectively adapt to modern educational challenges and maintain a high level of competitiveness. The purpose of this work is an in-depth analysis and research of scientific works devoted to the formation and implementation of strategies for the development of higher education institutions. Particular attention is paid to the identification of key elements of strategic management, which ensure the introduction of the best global practices into the national education management system. The goal includes the study of adaptation mechanisms that allow higher education institutions to effectively respond to global changes and maintain competitiveness in the context of rapid digitalization and internationalization of the educational process. Also, an important aspect is the study of how the integration of international educational practices contributes to the improvement of the quality of educational services and management decisions at the level of Ukrainian universities. In accordance with the set goal, the following main tasks were solved: the structural and logical essence of the concept of "strategic management of educational activity" was investigated; an analysis of scientific publications on a specific topic was carried out; the current state of the educational services market was analyzed; prioritized areas of development and improvement of approaches to the development and implementation of innovative strategies in the educational sphere have been established; the experience of using technological innovations in the context of strategic management of educational activities is investigated. Methods and tools were used during the research: abstract-logical and systemic-structural analysis - when determining the essence of the concept of "strategic management of educational activity"; Scopus® database tools - when researching the relevance of the chosen topic and identifying interested countries and scientists in the topic being studied; VOSviewer software (version 1.6.16) - in data clustering, which helps to identify the most relevant keywords and filter out less priority ones; Google trends analysis - when determining the most popular level of educational space among the public.

Introduction Psychosocial risks (PSRs) are identified as one of the main modern occupational safety issues, primarily related to occupational stress, and need to be reduced to safe levels in accordance with international requirements. The research purpose is to improve the process of managing the PSRs in the occupational safety and health management systems of employees, taking into account the impact of psychosocial dangers in accordance with the requirements of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 45003:2021 standards. Methods To develop the process of managing the PSRs, a system analysis method is applied, which allows determining the structural relationships between the variable elements of dangerous psychosocial factors described in the ISO 45003:2021 standard. Results The bow-tie model has been improved to determine the relationship between psychosocial dangers and the dangerous event occurrence – experiencing stress by an employee, taking into account the influence of various dangerous psychosocial factors, which provides for an additional risk level assessment for restoring the health of an employee who has experienced stress. The process of psychosocial risk management consisting of ten steps is proposed, which involves identifying the relationship between psychosocial dangers and consequences for human health, taking into account the impact of various dangerous psychosocial factors based on questionnaires, followed by analysis and processing of the duration and intensity of experiencing stress. To reduce the impact of subjective assessments of the duration and intensity of experiencing stress on the psychosocial risk level, it is proposed to take into account the value of individual perception of experiencing stress (stress resistance) and the employees’ health condition. Discussion The scientific novelty is to determine the psychosocial risk level as the sum of the risk values from the impact of each dangerous psychosocial factor, which are characteristic of aspects of work organization, social conditions at work, working environment, equipment, dangerous tasks and the level of employee health. The practical value is the development of scales for assessing the impact of dangerous psychosocial factors and a form for documenting the process of managing psychosocial risks with the indication of precautionary measures to control them.
The purpose of the study is to determine the impact of hazardous psychosocial factors on stress among employees when performing production tasks to develop recommendations for reducing their impact. Based on the recommendations of the ISO 45003:2021 standard, a special questionnaire was developed to determine hazardous psychosocial factors that lead to the appearance of worker’s stress, the answers to which were evaluated on a Likert scale with points from 0 to 4. 68 workers (23 men and 45 women) aged 20 to 45 took part in the survey conducted at industrial enterprises of the Dnipro region in May–June 2023. A questionnaire was developed to identify significant psychosocial hazardous factors in personnel at an industrial enterprise, which includes three groups of psychosocial hazardous factors and consists of thirty questions. A ten-step process for managing significant hazardous psychosocial risks is proposed. It was established that women pay more attention to challenges (psychosocial hazardous factors) that are associated with the organization of work (uncertainty at work, lack of breaks due to workload) and social problems (disrespect, disrespect and inattention to employees, unreasonable behavior towards you by leadership); for men, a significant group of hazardous psychosocial factors is—equipment, working environment, hazardous tasks (fear of performing hazardous work; work is associated with a significant risk to life). The novelty consists in the justification of the process of identifying essential psychosocial factors, which will allow managers to systematically monitor the state of mental health of employees, the psychological climate in the organization and respond in a timely manner to expected problems and develop corrective actions to normalize the situation. The process of managing significant hazardous psychosocial risks has been developed, which consists of ten steps and differs from the known procedure of identifying significant hazardous psychosocial factors on a Likert scale, considering the answers of women and men.
