Improving Tumoral Acidic pH-Responsive Drug Efficiency Based on GO@Au Nanocomposite

Abstract: Background: to accurately deliver drugs to the lesion site and realize its timed and quantitative release is the focus of tumor therapy. In this paper, a tumor targeted near-infrared light controlled release drug delivery system integrating hyperthermia and chemotherapy was successfully constructed by combining tumor hyperthermia and chemotherapy.
