Improving Volunteer Engagement in Nonprofit Healthcare Organizations

Abstract: Grounded in the conceptual lens of Deci and Ryan's self-determination theory, the strategies nonprofit healthcare leaders use to reduce volunteer turnover were explored in this single-case study.
