In silico assessment of pharmacotherapy for carbon monoxide induced arrhythmias in healthy and failing human hearts

Abstract: Background: Carbon monoxide (CO) is gaining increased attention in air pollution-induced arrhythmias. The severe cardiotoxic consequences of CO urgently require effective pharmacotherapy to treat it.
