Abstract: The present study focused on the prediction of interactions of three ligands, i.e., silver nanoparticles, tyrosine-capped silver nanoparticles, and silver oxide nanoparticles, with the nonstructural protein 5B (NS5B) protein of the hepatitis-C virus (HCV).
