Abstract: Aim: To evaluate the theoretical binding affinities of four synthetic compounds that target the carbonic anhydrase IX enzyme in solid tumors. Materials and Methods: To accurately depict the molecular structure, we utilized the Chem Draw Professional 12.0 program.
