In vitro and in vivo inhibition of xanthine oxidase by the flowers of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.

Abstract: Background: Xanthine oxidase (XO) plays an important role in human’s purine degradation. Excessive uric acid formation results in hyperuricemia and gout.
