Abstract: Bloodstream infections by bacteria, especially multidrug-resistant bacteria, remain a worldwide public health concern. We evaluated the antibacterial activity of ceftobiprole and comparable drugs against different bloodstream isolates and different sequence types of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) in China.
