Abstract: Prostaglandin synthetase inhibitors belong to one substance class additionally used in the treatment of bladder dysfunctions associated with involuntary bladder contractions. However, the mechanism of action of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) on the detrusor muscle is not clear.
