In vitro mass reproduction of parasitic entomophages (Braconidae, Trichogrammatidae)

Abstract: The issue of propagating parasitic insects in artificial food environments has been a challenge for researchers for a long time. Breeding one Trichogramma insect requires a lot of grain products and labor, and it takes about 40-50 days for Trichogramma and 55-60 days for Bracon to reproduce. This study aimed to develop a technology for the in vitro reproduction of trichogram, which are important parasitic entomophages in the control of various agricultural pests. The results of the experiments showed that the … Show more

“…Also, in the improved RX cotton regenerator, the length uniformity index is 84%, and it is achieved that the cotton entering the regenerator does not have a negative effect on the length uniformity index. According to current technology, the specific breaking strength (Str) of cotton yarn is 32.4 sN/tex, 32.0 sN/tex after 1st line UXK cleaning line, 31.8 sN/tex after 2nd line UXK cleaning line, UXK was 30.1 sN/tex in cotton with impurities added to it, 29.6 sN/tex after RX cotton regenerator, and 31.8 sN/tex in produced fiber [15,16]. The stiffness of the cotton fiber cleaned in the improved RX cotton regenerator is 31.6 sN/tex, which is 2.0 sN/tex higher than the stiffness of the cotton fiber cleaned in the non-improved RX regenerator.…”

“…In India, separate mineral fertilizer norms have been developed for each state in sesame care. For example, in the state of Bihar, before planting, nitrogen is set at 40-60 kg/ha, phosphorus at 25 kg/ha, and potassium at 20 kg/ha [15], and in the state of Andhra Pradesh, when nitrogen 60 kg/ha, phosphorus 20 kg/ha, and potassium 20 kg/ha were used in sesame care, the average grain yield was 13.26 tons/ha [16]. In Texas, USA, it is recommended to use nitrogen 40 kg/ha, phosphorus 40 kg/ha, and potassium 20 kg/ha in the maintenance of sesame [9,10].…”

“…After Uzbekistan gained independence, decisions were made to ensure food security, to grow fruits and vegetables, and to increase the share, and reforms are being implemented to ensure the implementation of promising programs. In this place, practical results were achieved in meeting the food demand of the population by timely implementation of measures to protect plants from harmful insects [5]. Today, entomological research in the world is carried out to determine the composition and damage of plant aphids using modern methods, as well as to study the areas of distribution of species and, on this basis, to carry out a scientifically based fight against harmful insects [6,7].…”
