Abstract: Targeting toll-like receptors (TLRs), via TLR agonists, has been implicated in the regulation of immunometabolism. B-chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL) represents a suitable model for B-cell derived malignancies with shifted metabolic adaptations.
