In vitro plant regeneration from hypocotyl of Arben (Rubus fraxinifolius Poir.)

Abstract: Rubus fraxinifolius, a group of wild raspberry, was improved as a fresh fruit in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to develop a protocol for micropropagation of R. fraxinifolius. Cultures were subcultured from hypocotyls (1 cm) which is initiated from seeds. The experiments were focused on the effect of plant growth regulators concentrations and combinations.
