In vitro Supplementation of Linoleic Acid Improves Quality of Cryopreserved Buffalo Semen

Abstract: Present study was designed to evaluate the effect of linoleic acid (LA) supplementation in extender on post thaw quality of cryopreserved buffalo semen. Semen was collected from three adult Nili Ravi buffalo bulls of same age with artificial vagina (42°C) for five weeks (replicates; N=30).
