Abstract:Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T‐cell therapy demonstrates efficacy for the treatment of hematologic cancers, but remains challenging in solid tumors because of the hostile tumor microenvironment and heterogeneity that restrict the infiltration and activity of CAR T‐cells.
