Abstract: ABSTRACT:The magnitude of injury inflicted by Blunt trauma abdomen has varied manifestations ranging from minor single-system injury to devastating, multi-system injury .Blunt trauma abdomen alone or in association with polytrauma is a frequent presentation in the emergency department.
