“…A careful analysis of cases proved that such a high specific weight of cervical spine injuries in the clinical and nosological structure of spine injuries in road accident victims is due to non-compliance with safety rules, primarily - non-use of seat belts by drivers and passengers, and is confirmed by a high specific weight of cervical spine injuries in road traffic participants (53.58 and 48.91 %, respectively).
