Abstract: ObjectiveTo describe the incidence of injuries and illnesses among paediatric Team USA athletes competing in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and the 2022 Beijing Olympic and Paralympic Games.MethodsAn electronic medical record system documented all injuries and illnesses that occurred while competing in the four Games periods.
