Incidental asymptomatic spinal cerebrospinal fluid leaks: single-center experience, and a presentation of seven cases

Abstract: BackgroundThe majority of patients with spontaneous intracranial hypotension (SIH) are symptomatic. Some patients are discovered incidentally. The proportion of asymptomatic SIH has never been defined.
