Abstract:Cardiac lipomatous hypertrophy is a rare benign condition almost exclusively involving the interatrial septum. Interventricular septum involvement is seldom noted, with only a few documented case reports demonstrating the finding on various modalities such as ECHO, CT, and MRI.
