Abstract: Incidental finding of arachnoiditis ossificans in the lumbar spineA 56-year-old female presented with symptoms of flatback syndrome, including poor posture, back pain, and difficulty mobilizing. She had a lumbar epidural steroid injection several years previously for 'sciatica'.
