Incidental thoracic spinal angiolipoma in a young woman presenting with trauma

Abstract: Introduction: Spinal angiolipoma is a rare clinical entity and usually presents with clinical signs and symptoms of spinal cord compression. It has two types; non-infiltrating and infiltrating. It is more common in females at the ages of 40-50 and at the mid-thoracic levels.
