Incisional Hernia after Suprapubic Trocar Cystostomy

Abstract: A 25-year-old male with an incisional hernia following suprapubic trocar cystostomy for a failed traumatic perurethral catheterization is presented. This is only the 2nd case reported in the literature. Pathophysiology and management of this rare complication are discussed.
