Abstract:RationaleHydrogen/deuterium exchange mass spectrometry (HDX‐MS) can provide precise analysis of a protein's conformational dynamics across varied states, such as heat‐denatured versus native protein structures, localizing regions that are specifically affected by such conditional changes.
