Using two syngeneic IDM however, we have previously shown that the 460.92 idiotope, defined by the IDM 92-13, is expressed in BALB/c mice (IghCa) after anti-DNP immunization, while the 460.41 idiotope, defined by the IDM 41-27, cannot be detected in these animals [12].
