[15][16][17] As 1L MoS 2 is only ∼0.65 nm thick, its structure is easily modifi ed during plasma treatment (bombardment) process, thus the generated structural disorder induced local dipole in 1L MoS 2 should be the driven force for enhancing Raman signals of R6G molecules.
