Abstract: Background Reverse shoulder arthroplasty (RSA) designs include multiple options for glenoid component lateralization, and humeral component lateralization and distalization (inlay/onlay constructs). The influence of combined glenoid lateralization, and humeral distalization on acromial and deltoid stresses is not well understood.
