Abstract:Keloid is a typical skin fibrotic disease with unclear mechanisms and limited therapeutic options. In this study, we found the enriched skin pigmentation-related pathways in the melanocytes of keloid by single-cell RNA-sequence (scRNA-seq) analysis.
