Increasing ion yield circular dichroism in femtosecond photoionisation using optimal control theory

Abstract: We use optimal control theory and quantum dynamical simulations to show that shaped electromagnetic pulses can increase the difference in absorption of the enantiomers of fenchone in an effective two-level description.
