Abstract:Effects of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria of the Pseudomonas genus application on growth of spring wheat plants was studied in pot experiment on agrogrey soil artificially contaminated with Cu in increased concentration. Increasing of plants resistance to metal toxicity by application of bacteria was found. Chemical composition of plants and uptake of Cu and biophilic elements N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn and Mn by shoots and roots were determined.
