Abstract:The article proposes an approach that ensures an increase in oil absorption by bearings as a result of ultrasonic exposure to ultrafine particles. The approach is based on the method of thermodynamics and kinetics of the formation of inorganic ultrafine particles in liquid-phase processes. The work shows that one of the promising ways to improve the antifriction characteristics of bearing materials is the impregnation of porous hardened materials with oils with the addition of special solid carbon additives.
