Increasing small- and medium-enterprise contribution to local and regional economic growth by assessing the institutional environment

Abstract: PurposeA neo-institutional methodology defines the entrepreneurial environment for SMEs as a multidimensional set of interacting formal/informal institutions influencing regional economic growth.
