Increasing the Axial Ratio of an Electromagnetic Wave with a Meander-Line Polarizer

Abstract

It is proposed to increase the axial ratio of an electromagnetic wave from 0.2-0.3 to 1 using a meander-line polarizer. The direct and inverse problems of excitation of the meander line polarizer grating are solved. The convergence of the results is demonstrated.
