Increasing the Subjective Well-Being of Kindergarten Teachers as a Result of the Experimental Forming Program

Abstract:The results of an experimental study on improving the subjective well-being of a sample of educators with the help of a special formative program are presented. It is proved that as a result of the experiment there was a significant increase in most indicators of the subjective well-being of educators, such as life satisfaction, autonomy, self-acceptance, etc.
