Abstract:The etiology of precocious puberty includes organic anomalies, genetic mutations, but the primary cause remains unclear in the vast majority of cases. Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GRH) agonists are used as a treatment of gonadotropin-dependent precocious puberty.
